Now’s your chance! We’re hiring a full-time Sales Representative for the New Orleans, LA! We’re looking for someone to increase the availability and visibility of the brand through engagement with wholesalers, retail accounts, and consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, consumers, and fans.
• Grow sales, visibility, secure placements, analyze data to understand trends, and develop account objectives.
• Engage in an average of 30 account calls/week with supporting activities.
• Manage promotions, tastings, conduct retailer server education, and represent the brand at festivals.
• Communicate market activity to management consistently and timely.
• Improve visibility with point-of-sale and generate content for external promotion.
• Set, track, and measure KPIs.
• Work to obtain goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Adhere to best business practices and be a leader in the beer industry.
• Perform quality assurance surveys of beer outside the brewery.

Applicant Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in supplier beer sales, distributor, or retail account buyer position.
• Working knowledge of the Three-Tier System.
• Cicerone or similar training preferred; ability to educate people at all knowledge levels.
• Competitive, self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile and computer software integration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, V.I.P., Karma, Trello, Calendars.
• Strong math skills with a firm understanding of gross profit, gross margin, and menu pricing.
• Must be 21+ years with a valid driver's license and responsible driving record.
• Must have LA Responsible Vendor permit.
• Must live within the assigned territory within 60 days of start.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, and stoop.
